We feel proud that we have been manufacturing sophisticated designs and highly durable precoated paper by gravure printing machine and highly-functional coating machines.
- Our products are great ecological alternatives to PVC sheet which causes poisonous gas during burning and industrial waste to our society.
- We believe that our products compared to sliced veneer or solid wood are more stable in supply and quality. Furthermore by using recycled substrate (MDF, particle board or hard board) for construction and furniture, we get environmentally friendly product.
- Unlike sliced veneer, storage of precoated paper doesn't require thorough temperature and humidity control.
- We supply a wide range of fine products capable of withstanding various environmental conditions by using highly-functional coating machines and its ability to precisely control coating quantity.
PEP Series
PEP is a truly fine artistic product. Reproducing authentic wood patterns, vessels, knots and shake was achieved with chemical embossing and special technological processes. Our original and patented technology was awarded by Director-General of Science and Technology Agency in Japan.

PEP 15R Recoatable Series
PEP expresses convex-concave chemical embossing finish. As surface is already buffed, customer's favorite recoating is possible. (※Please note that expressiveness of embossing may change depending on embossing design or recoating resin quantity. If recoating resin could not sufficiently attach to under coat layer, we would additionally recoat under coat surface with priming paint to satisfy our customer.

PEP W25 GTC Type
Printing wood-grain design with special ink and top coating with special resin (GTC resin) enabled us to realize amazing finish close to natural wood with beautiful embossing, rich texture and feel.

PEP 35T Abrasion-Resistant Type
Top coated featuring abrasion resistance, PEP 35T is most suitable for application required high abrasion resistance, such as table top, shelf and bottom plate. We can customize the degree of strength to suit our customer's needs.

LAMITOC-100
LAMITOC-100 is most suitable for wrapping work. This item is produced by surface paper (30g) and backing paper (30g) lamination by our original lamination machine. Total thickness is approx. 0.1mm.

LAMITOC-300
LAMITOC-300 is most suitable for edge banding work. It is produced by surface paper and backing paper lamination by our original lamination machine. Total thickness is approx. 0.3mm. We impregnate thick pure base paper with urethane resin to prepare backing paper by ourselves.

HITOC Series
Using 45g - 65g thick base paper provides a substantial improvement in hiding power and workability for wrapping work. wood-grain design and mono color can be provided.

PES Series
Non-solvent polyethylene resin sandwiched inbetween surface paper and backing paper, PES is a more environmentally-friendly product. Flat and smooth surface, gained low moisture permeability, is best for inside work, such as door, door frame, window frame, window back and baseboard.
We can offer several specialties, such as oil resistance, stain resistance, antibacterial activity, abrasion resistance and GTC coating. Total thickness is approx. 0.1mm.
